Provided MEP engineering services for new construction of 1,500 SF under A/C to be built on a 110’ by 70’ lot, 1/2 block west of Biscayne Bay with LEED Certification. Special features included 7 solar panels and photovoltaic panels that will generate sufficient electricity to power the house.

 

 

 

 

Provided MEP engineering design services for new construction of 24 dwelling units in 3 buildings.  Each dwelling unit is two stories and approximately 1600SF. 

 

 

 

 

Provided MEP engineering design services for new construction of mixed use development including apartment/ townhouse units, retail stores, hotel, and single-family residences.

 

 

 

 

Provided MEP engineering design services for new construction of 4 buildings of two and three story town homes totaling 65,000 SF.
