City Hall and Police Station - Sebastian, FL
Awarded: 2005 Best Public Building, Southeast Construction Magazine.
Provided MEP engineering design services for 46,000 SF complex. Project included two-separate facilities: construction of a 2 story building to house the City of Sebastian’s administrative offices and commission chamber in 24,000 SF building; renovation of 8,000 SF law enforcement building; and 14,000 SF addition to provide a hurricane-proof Emergency Operations and Communications Center. Additional phases included park and recreation complex and Boys & Girls Club.

Provided MEP engineering design services for renovation of 3,460 SF building and 1,215 SF addition.
Public Safety Facility Complex - Stuart, FL
Provided MEP engineering design services and design for fire protection system for construction of 43,000 SF public safety complex to house a community center, police and fire departments, training facility, and 4 bay fire station on 8 acres of land.
